How to deliver files

Media

At the moment we can't use files submitted on BluRay discs. Please use standard media instead (USB sticks, DVD/DVD-R/DVD+R or external hard drives are all OK). Please only submit disks formatted as FAT32 (not NTFS or HFS+), especially when sending big amounts of data (like film footage). Disks in NTFS or HFS+ slow down data handling considerably.

Tapes

We can handle HDCAM, HDCAM SR, Digibetas, XDCAM and RED R3D files just fine.

Logos and titles

Minimum resolution of 1024X576 square pixels, keep titles within title safety (you can find the safety chart attached).

Graphics

.eps/.ai (with outlined type), .psd (Photoshop) in layers with rasterized type, .tif/.tga /.sgi on black with alpha channels.

Photographic material (packshots, backgrounds)

.tif, .tga, .psd, .jpg at 2048x1535 pixels (3.2 megapixels) or approx. 5 megabytes per file.

Animation

.tif/.tga/.sgi sequences on black with alpha channel. If the animation is self contained (does not need to be placed above another image) the background can be anything.

Image sequences

.tif/.tga/.dpx sequences. If you are working with DPX sequences, please preserve the timecode information.

Audio

Timecoded DAT 48Khz at -9db base, .aif/.wav on CD-ROM or via e-mail. MP3 suitable for offline editing.

EDL

We prefer CMX 3600 EDLs, one track per file.
